Hot Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 packet Buffalo Wing Dip Mix (dry)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
  • 8 oz. Velveeta® cheese, cubed
  • 1 can (10 to 13 oz.) cooked, cubed chicken, drained
    -OR- 1-1/2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except sour cream in a small slow cooker on high. allow cheese to melt and cook for 30 minutes; stir. Once cheeses have melted, add sour cream. Stir again and allow to cook in slow cooker on low for an additional 30 minutes, or until warm. Serve immediately with veggies, crackers, tortilla chips or pita chips.
