Ingredients: 1 Tbls. Zesty Bread Dipping Mix 1/2 cup olive oil 8 to 10 medium-sized red skin potatoes, cut into 1/4’s 1 onion, chopped Combine 1 Tbls. of Zesty Bread Dipping Mix and 1/2 cup olive oil.
